Nestled in the heart of Santiago’s Providencia district, this hotel strikes a commendable balance between luxury and value. The location is a key selling point—steps away from a range of restaurants and shops, as well as the Costanera Center mall, where you could easily spend a day indulging in culinary delights or shopping. My room was quite decent with comfortable amenities, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning that ensured a restful night away from the city's bustle. I particularly appreciated the housekeeping services, which maintained a high standard throughout my stay. The staff, especially Cecilia at reception, were welcoming and eager to assist with any queries. The breakfast included hearty options like the English breakfast, providing a solid start to the day. While the hotel does present a luxurious appeal, the convenience and atmosphere offer substantial value. Avoiding the pricier city center hotels also seemed wise. This hotel is a great choice for travelers seeking comfort without breaking the bank.
